hi there my name is adam and i am the begineer lol. i can help you all with this.

just go to the boot file that you Download and re name it (winloard.exe.mui) then
to enable your new boot screen copy the file to (local disk that has windows on then to Windows\system32\en-US folder) you need to overwriting the original windows file.

then you need to enable the noguiboot option to do that you need to go to MSCONFIG

So to get to msconfig go to run and put in MSCONFIG then enable the noguiboot

if you got all of that your have your new boot photo on as your windows os starts.
